✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines, and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation.
✓ Please contact your Host before arrival to purchase additional car passes at $20 per week.
✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on the street, grass, or pine straw.
✓ Free heated pool. Please let us know beforehand so we can prepare it for your arrival.
✓ Pool Heating Information: This home features an electric pool heater. While it helps maintain a comfortable swimming temperature, the pool temperature will naturally fluctuate with changes in outdoor ambient temperatures
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ PET POLICY: 1 dog 60lb or less, or 2 dogs where their combined weight does not exceed 100lbs is allowed. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 for up to 2 dogs.
