✓ This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, and a car pass is required for every vehicle.
✓ One paid car pass is included with your reservation. Please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes AFTER booking for $35.00 for the weeklong reservations. Prices vary depending on the length of your stay. Please reach out to us for additional information.
✓ The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed.
✓ The town prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. Swim at your own risk.
✓ The pool has free electric pool heat. Please contact the host to have the pool heat turned on. Please Note: No heat provided if outside temperatures are below 50 degrees
✓ Pool Heating Information: This home features an electric pool heater. While it helps maintain a comfortable swimming temperature, the pool temperature will naturally fluctuate with changes in outdoor ambient temperatures
