2 Sandpiper Street

Just a short stroll from the sand in North Forest Beach, this beautifully updated 5-bedroom retreat is built for effortless beach days and unforgettable group getaways. Bring the whole family — including your furry companion — and settle into a spacious coastal home with a heated pool, multiple outdoor living areas, and room for up to 15 guests. Whether it's a beach week with friends or a multi-generational family trip, this North Forest Beach escape makes every day feel easy.

Inside, the open-concept living space is bright and welcoming, with large windows, plush sofas, and accent chairs creating the perfect gathering spot after a day in the sun. The layout flows seamlessly between living, dining, and kitchen, so no one's ever far from the conversation, while direct access to the deck keeps everyone connected to the pool and fire pit just outside. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for a crowd effortless, and with a dining table for 10, additional island seating for 4, and a secondary formal dining area for 10 more, there's room for the entire group to sit down together — no waiting for a second seating required.

This home spreads its five bedrooms across two floors, giving every guest their own comfortable retreat. On the main level, the primary suite offers a king bed and a spa-like en-suite with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Down the hall, the second bedroom features another king bed with its own en-suite bath, while the third bedroom offers a king and Smart TV with access to a shared hall bath. The fourth bedroom, with a twin trundle and dedicated workspace, is a flexible option for kids or extra guests.
Upstairs, a spacious bonus room creates a hangout space of its own, and the fifth bedroom — outfitted with two twins and a twin-over-full bunk — is ideal for a group of kids, with its own accessible bathroom just off the bonus room.

The true showstopper here is the outdoor space, with not one but several distinct areas to spread out and unwind. Cool off in the private heated pool, stretch out on one of six sun loungers on the spacious deck, or gather around the fire pit for an evening under the stars. A separate side patio with comfy sofas offers a quieter spot to relax, while the fenced-in yard is perfect for outdoor games with the kids — or your dog. With two dining areas outside alone, there's always a fresh spot to enjoy a meal in the island air.

Speaking of dogs — this home is totally pet-friendly, welcoming one dog up to 60 lbs or two dogs with a combined weight under 100 lbs, so your four-legged family member doesn't have to sit this trip out. And with the beach just a short walk away and Coligny Plaza an easy bike ride from the front door, everything you need for an island getaway is right at your fingertips.

Our team is dedicated to creating a seamless and relaxing guest experience from booking to check-out. This home is professionally cleaned, carefully maintained, and stocked with beach essentials like towels, a cart, an umbrella, and chairs, so your group can settle in and start making memories right away.
