763 Queens Grant

763 Queens Grant is a beautifully styled, laid-back pet friendly villa tucked inside the gated community of Palmetto Dunes, where the days are easy, the evenings are even easier, and coming home after a long day at the beach feels like the best part of the whole trip. From the moment you walk through the door, the soaring vaulted ceiling with exposed beams sets the tone — this isn't your average vacation rental.

The open living and dining space is generous, airy, and made for togetherness, with a large sectional sofa that the whole group will be fighting over by day two. Whether it's a lazy afternoon with the sliding doors thrown open to the private patio, a movie night with everyone sprawled out after dinner, or a quiet evening with a glass of wine and nowhere to be, this living room has a way of making every moment feel like exactly the right one.

The dining table for six sits just steps away, set beneath a warm statement pendant light and styled with the kind of relaxed coastal charm that makes a sit-down dinner feel special without any effort on your part. The pass-through kitchen window keeps whoever's cooking in on the conversation, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to handle meals with ease — from a Keurig for slow mornings to a dishwasher for fast cleanups. An in-unit stacked washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and stay longer, leaving more room in your suitcase for whatever you pick up along the way.

Step outside to the private fenced patio and you'll find a shaded outdoor dining table for four, a palm swaying in the corner, and nothing but blue sky overhead. It's the kind of outdoor space that earns its keep morning and night — equally good for starting the day with coffee and equally good for ending it with a margarita and a long look at the Lowcountry sky. And when the group is ready for a swim, the Queens Grant community pool is just steps away — a refreshing afternoon option that means the fun doesn't have to end when you leave the beach.

When it's finally time to sleep, the villa delivers on every front. The primary king suite is dressed in crisp white linens with deep navy accents, anchored by a beautiful coastal wood bed frame that gives the room a warm, unhurried feel. There's a Smart TV, a comfortable accent chair for those mornings when you're not quite ready to leave the bedroom, generous closet space, and direct access to the shared full bath. It's the kind of room that makes waking up on vacation feel genuinely restful rather than rushed. The second bedroom is perfectly set up for the kids or additional guests, featuring full-over-full bunks with a pull-out trundle below, along with a Smart TV and cheerful starfish wall décor that makes it feel like a room they'll actually want to sleep in. The shared bathroom is bright and clean with a wide vanity and tub/shower combo, keeping mornings running smoothly no matter how many people are getting ready at once.

As guests of Palmetto Dunes, your days have no shortage of options. Dip into the Queens Grant community pool on a warm afternoon, bike the miles of scenic paths that wind through the resort, tee off on one of three championship golf courses, or paddle the eleven miles of connected lagoons by kayak. World-class tennis and pickleball at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center, easy beach access, and some of Hilton Head's best dining and shopping are all just a short ride away — and all of it is yours to enjoy at whatever pace feels right.

Our team at Host & Home takes care of every detail from booking through check-out, so your only job is to enjoy every minute. The villa is professionally cleaned, thoughtfully maintained, and ready to welcome your group from the moment you arrive.

Whether you're planning a family beach week, a friends getaway, or a relaxing Palmetto Dunes escape, 763 Queens Grant offers the space, the style, and the kind of easygoing atmosphere that turns a good vacation into one you'll be talking about long after the tan fades.
