64 Full Sweep

With the fairway stretching out just beyond the backyard and tall pines framing every view, 64 Full Sweep is the kind of Palmetto Dunes home that makes it easy to slow down. A private heated pool and spa wait right outside the living room doors, a fire pit overlooks the golf course, and two separate living and dining areas give everyone room to spread out. Whether you're gathering the whole family or planning a golf getaway with friends, this home sets the stage for an island stay that feels effortless from the moment you pull into the drive.

Inside, gold chandeliers and warm wood floors set a welcoming tone across the open main living area. Sink into the leather sofa or a woven armchair beside the fireplace, framed by a striking black chevron accent wall, while sliding glass doors open straight onto the pool deck. The dining table is perfect for casual meals together, and the bright white kitchen, with its arched window, subway tile, and stainless appliances, has everything you need for slow breakfasts and family dinners alike.

A second gathering space gives your group even more room to relax. A navy board and batten wall anchors a cozy sectional and TV area, a long dining table makes room for the whole crew at dinner or game night, and a built in desk with floating shelves offers a quiet spot to catch up on work if you need it.

Bedrooms are designed for restful nights after full island days. On the main level, the king suite feels calm and spacious, with a soft blue paneled accent wall, a cozy reading chair, and a private bath featuring a sleek walk in tiled shower. Upstairs, a queen bedroom under vaulted ceilings looks out over the fairway through an arched window, and the bunk room, with two sets of twin over twin bunks, is sure to be a favorite with kids. Another guest room offers two beds beneath a window framed by tall pines. Up a separate staircase of its own, a private loft bedroom feels like a hideaway, with a vaulted ceiling, a wall of windows, and a swivel chair for quiet mornings. Bathrooms throughout feature crisp white vanities, matte black fixtures, and natural textures that carry the coastal feel from room to room.

Step outside and the backyard quickly becomes the heart of the stay. The private pool and attached spa (Pool heat is available at this property upon request - rates may vary) are wrapped in a travertine patio and tall hedges for a true sense of seclusion, with lounge chairs for soaking up the sun and an outdoor dining table that seats eight for long, easy dinners. Fire up the propane grill (with available tanks), then wander out to the fire pit, where Adirondack chairs face the fairway for sunset conversations and s'mores under the stars.

Set along the golf course in Palmetto Dunes, this home puts you in one of Hilton Head's most beloved communities, with wide Atlantic beaches, three championship golf courses, miles of scenic lagoons for kayaking and paddleboarding, and plenty of bike paths to explore. Shelter Cove's waterfront dining, shopping, and summer concerts are just a short ride away, so you can spend less time in the car and more time enjoying the island.

Our local team takes care of the details so you can focus on enjoying your time away. The home is professionally cleaned, carefully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful touches like a full size washer and dryer, and we're always just a call or text away throughout your stay.
