2315 Windsor Place

Settle into a rocking chair on your private balcony and watch the Atlantic shimmer beyond the oaks and palms at this Windsor Court condo in Palmetto Dunes. Bright, comfortable rooms open onto the view, and just downstairs you'll find a resort pool with a kid friendly mushroom waterfall, a hot tub, a covered pavilion with gas grills, and a private boardwalk that leads to the beach. Whether you're planning a family beach week or a relaxed couples escape, 2315 Windsor Court puts the best of Palmetto Dunes right at your doorstep.

Inside, a wall of windows fills the open living area with soft light and frames the treetops and the ocean beyond. A gray sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a striped armchair gather around the TV for movie nights, and sliding doors let the sea breeze in whenever you want it. Built in bookshelves are stocked with page turners for lazy afternoons. The kitchen makes it easy to settle in, with granite counters, stainless appliances, a drip coffee maker and a single serve brewer for slow mornings, and a toaster oven for quick breakfasts. A welcome basket of snacks waits on the breakfast bar, which has two stools, and the round dining table seats four. A washer and dryer are tucked into a closet just off the kitchen, so sandy towels never pile up.

The bedroom is a calm retreat, with a plush bed dressed in soft aqua stripes, a ceiling fan, a TV, and sliding doors that open straight to the balcony. Fall asleep with the door cracked and listen for the waves. The bathrooms feel like a little spa, with warm travertine tile and mosaic accents. One has a walk in shower with a rain head, a handheld wand, and a built in bench, and another has a tub and shower combo behind a sleek glass door.

Step onto the balcony, where rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs look out over the lawn, the oaks, and the palms, with the ocean shining in the distance. It's a front row seat to morning coffee and an evening glass of wine, and you can reach it from both the living room and the bedroom. Down below, the community grounds invite you to stay outdoors a little longer, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and shady paths that lead toward the sand.

Guests of 2315 Windsor Court enjoy a resort pool with a zero entry shallow end and a kid friendly mushroom waterfall, a hot tub for soaking at sunset, and a covered pavilion with gas grills for easy dinners outdoors. A private boardwalk leads to the beach, where chairs and umbrellas wait. Beyond the building, Palmetto Dunes offers championship golf, world class tennis, and scenic lagoon bike paths, and Shelter Cove's dining and shopping are just minutes away.
